Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using PixArmory (the "Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.
Service Description
PixArmory provides AI-assisted tools for image editing, including universal editing, background removal, anime-style conversion, photo enhancement, and related workflow features. The Service is delivered through our web application, which integrates with Supabase for authentication, Cloudflare R2 for storage, Nano Banana for AI processing, and Creem.io (Stripe) for payments.
Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for safeguarding your login credentials. Notify us immediately at support@pixarmory.com if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.
User Responsibilities
You agree not to upload unlawful, infringing, or harmful content; attempt to interfere with or reverse engineer the Service; bypass rate limits or authentication; or resell access without permission. Free-tier usage is limited to the daily edit allowance. Paid subscribers and credit purchasers must follow reasonable, non-abusive use aligned with published plan limits.
Subscriptions and Payments
PixArmory offers optional paid plans and credit packs processed via Creem.io/Stripe. Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the current term ends. Pricing and plan details are published on the Pricing page and may change with notice. Refund requests are handled case by case—contact support@pixarmory.com for assistance.
Content Ownership
You retain ownership of the images, prompts, and outputs you upload or create. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process and store that content solely to provide the requested functionality. You represent that you have the necessary rights to submit the content and that your use of the outputs will comply with applicable law.
AI Output and Disclaimers
AI-generated results can be unpredictable. PixArmory does not guarantee that outputs will meet your expectations, be error-free, or satisfy legal or regulatory requirements. You are responsible for reviewing results and ensuring they comply with any intellectual property, privacy, or platform rules relevant to your use case.
Third-Party Services
Our integrations with Supabase, Cloudflare R2, Nano Banana, and Creem.io are essential to the Service. Each provider operates under its own terms, and their availability may affect the Service. We work with these providers to resolve incidents, but we are not liable for issues solely attributable to third-party platforms.
Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, branding, and content developed by PixArmory, is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from PixArmory materials without written permission.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, misuse the Service, or comply with legal requests. You may cancel your subscription or delete your account at any time, though fees already incurred remain payable. We may remove stored content after termination unless retention is legally required.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, PixArmory is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use of the Service. Total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of 100 USD or the fees you paid to PixArmory in the three months preceding the claim.
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless PixArmory from claims, damages, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your content, your use of the Service, or your breach of these terms.
Governing Law and Disputes
These terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where PixArmory operates. Any dispute arising from the Service will be handled in the courts competent for that jurisdiction, unless a mandatory local law provides otherwise.
Changes and Contact
