How does the credit system work?
The Lite official Gemini image editor costs 8 credits per image, GPT Image 2 costs 15 credits, Nano Banana 2 ranges from 14 to 31 credits by resolution, and Nano Banana Pro ranges from 28 to 50 credits. Google Search adds 3 credits when enabled. Other AI tools show their exact price before you start. Credits are only deducted after successful processing.
Free browser tools such as compression, conversion, resizing, and cropping do not use credits.
Can I cancel anytime without penalty?
Yes. You can cancel from your account and keep access until the end of the current billing period. Use the remaining subscription credits before that period ends, because they do not carry over.
There is no cancellation fee. A future subscription starts with a fresh credit allowance.
What’s the difference between subscription credits and credit packs?
Subscription Credits: Fresh credits are added at the start of each paid period. Monthly plans receive one monthly bundle; annual plans receive the annual equivalent upfront. Unused subscription credits are cleared when the next paid period renews. Best for regular, predictable usage.
Credit Packs: Never expire and remain in your account permanently until used. Perfect for occasional use, irregular projects, or as backup credits for high-usage periods.
Subscriptions usually offer better value for regular use; packs offer more flexibility.
What about your money-back guarantee?
We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee only for monthly Starter subscriptions. Annual Starter, Pro, Studio, upgrades, and credit packs are not covered by this refund policy unless required by applicable law. If monthly Starter is not right for you, contact support within 30 days.

How do plan upgrades and downgrades work?
Upgrades: Creem charges the prorated amount immediately and starts the new billing cycle after payment confirmation. PixArmory adds the standard credit-allocation difference without restoring credits already used.
Downgrades and annual-to-monthly changes: You can schedule these yourself above. There is no charge now; the change takes effect at the end of the current paid period and can be replaced or withdrawn before then.
Upgrades are prorated automatically, so you pay the difference for the remaining plan period.
How fast is image processing?
Processing time depends on the selected model, image size, and current demand. Pro and Studio plans receive priority processing, but exact times can vary.
The editor shows progress while your image is being processed.
